CYIOS integrates quality control methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma and ITIL/ITSM to ensure the delivery of quality work products.
Over the last 10 years CYIOS has developed and refined the Business Units Methodology ECO System (BUMES), a unique and successful quality management methodology that helps CYIOS guide customers to innovative and sustainable business and technical solutions. CYIOS built CYIPRO to capture and retain intellectual capital, measure performance and ensure accountability. CYIPRO offers knowledge and project management for secure information sharing and team collaboration to ensure all milestones and deliverables are captured and met on time and within budget. In building government solutions, CYIPRO aids in the government's requirement for performance and accountability as it provides the Quality Control Plan (QCP) for the contractor to support and enforce the Government’s Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP). CYIPRO further complies with the President’s Management Agenda, reinvention initiatives, and teleworking.
